Custom Request

How it works:

Each custom starts with a digital mock-up so you can see the full design before we build. You’ll get up to 2 revisions. Once you approve, deposit is made & we move to construction - no major changes after that.

 

Timeline:

Typical turnaround after approval is 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity materials needed & ordering shoes. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee.

 

Payment:

Once design is confirmed 50% non-refundable deposit locks in your slot and covers design time + materials. The balance is due before shipping or pickup.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Because each pair is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives defective, needs repair or incorrect. Please reach out to info@daydrmz.com immediately if there’s an issue with your order.

 

Pricing Tiers

    •    Base Custom ($300–$400): Custom color + minimal artwork, custom laces included 

 

    •    Art Edition ($450–$650): Full hand-painted design or mixed materials (leather, suede, patent etc)
